Johnson Jean ( JJ ) serves as the founder and CEO of Jean Management and Consulting LLC, a Limited Liability Company established in New York since 2022. Our primary goals aim at assisting individuals, minority communities, and small businesses, particularly in New York, by providing accessible solutions to MCA, bookkeeping, tax services, and related management consultancy. All along the 2020 health crisis, the New York workforce was out of jobs, businesses were literally shot down. Many entrepreneurs were in search of alternative funding to re/launch their small business and do not get qualified. An increased number of business owners were in need of help with bookkeeping or other small business management matter but could not afford the cost. Some taxpayers find it very expensive to file a simple W2. Having witnessed the challenges that my community was facing in the aftermath of the Covid-19 pandemic, I decided to step in and step up in order to bring my contributions. Drawing from my two decades of experience in bookkeeping, management, taxes, and Merchant Cash Advance, along with a Business Management degree, I’ve crafted tailored business insights, strategies and solutions that address each client’s unique needs. Collaborating with like-minded team members who share the same awareness, understanding, and passion, Jean Management & Consulting aims to bring a wealth of knowledge and experience, offering comprehensive small business solutions designed specifically to respond to each client needs, requirements and expectations.
